Peachy is our brand new, experimental New England IPA. We’ve worked closely with our friends at Freestyle Hops to showcase their stunning new Peacharine hop in a perfect pairing with Strata. We’ve doubled our regular dry hopping to create an explosion of peach, stone fruit, and lemon sherbet aromas, followed by smooth flavours of candied mango, melon, and a hint of bubblegum. It’s a supremely balanced, soft and pillowy dreamboat of a beer.
