A beautiful collaboration of flavours meld together in this fruited chocolate stout. A sweet and sour cherry aroma with an initial tart, red berry hit on the back of the tongue from 20KG of Sour Cherry Puree. This slowly gives way to the flavours of roast barley, raisins and bitter coffee that would be expected in a classic stout before riding out on a milky chocolate aftertaste provided by bags of cacao and lactose powder.
