Our Story
The Garibaldi stands as a testament to community resilience, managed by the dedicated Friends of The Garibaldi. Having preserved this historic establishment on Mill Street for over 150 years, it remains a cherished hub where individuals from all walks of life converge for camaraderie over drinks.
Our mission is to uphold the pub’s warm, local atmosphere while integrating amenities for the broader community’s benefit. These enhancements encompass a communal garden, inviting coffee mornings, and beyond. Explore our ‘Community Pub‘ page for further insight into our ongoing initiatives.
