A bright, unfiltered Pale Ale, this 4.0% beer pours naturally hazy with a soft golden glow. A classic trio of Simcoe, Chinook, and Cascade hops delivers an inviting aroma of pine resin, grapefruit peel, and a hint of floral citrus.

The Garibaldi X Dropkick Brewing - 4%
The follow up to our first community brew, Gari Gold, once again brewed in collaboration with Dropkick Brewing. Gari Sold is a tropical IPA combining New Zealand hops with a moreish bitterness. The perfect celebratory session pint for the occasion.

A beautiful deep golden orange colour, with delicious fruity aromas, with orange and mango at the forefront. Dry hopped with Krush, before Enigma and Vic Secret are added in the boil. It has a balanced bitterness appropriate to an IPA and perfectly fits the “session” style of beer.

Full bodied and full flavoured. A hoppy and golden with a distinct floral aroma and mighty elderflower hit from the Cascade hops. A stellar session beer.
Hawkstone Session Lager

Named session lager with good reason: light on the palate, subtly hopped, with a sweet, biscuity malt finish. The Hawkstone Session is not just easy drinking, but it's also incredibly moreish.

The O.G. Best Bitter is a banging modern best, Only With Love style: weighing in at 4.2% ABV... big, mellow and rounded with plenty of fruit and malt, a mouthful of biscuits and a hint of spice.
Banger Helles Lager

A little bit of maltiness, a tang of classic German hoppy bitterness, a lovely rounded body and subtle fruits and spice all combine to make sure this easy drinking Helles hits the spot year-round.
Loom

This is loom, SALT's take on the West Coast classic. Like the original, it combines Idaho 7 & Simcoe hops, before dry-hopping, bringing forward the authentic Citrussy aroma, whilst delivering a refreshingly lighter, crisper, clean taste. The result is an easy drinking, uniquely full flavoured 4% session beer, that’s familiarly light, yet rewardingly different.

This hand crafted ale is a timeless amber-hued beer distinctively full bodied and eminently drinkable, the nose is malty and fruity with a balancing hoppy note. The delicious malt and fruit character emerge even more intensely on the palate with a long, lingering malty finish.
Hero IPA

Hog's Back - 4%
A mellow 4% Indian Pale Ale, The Hero IPA is brewed with English Cascade and Mosaic hops. Smooth and full of citrus and tropical flavour. Made as part of a collaboration with family-owned butcher, Alf Turner, to raise money for Help for Heroes part of the proceeds from every pint of this 4% citrus IPA will go towards the charity.

A traditional English Ale. Amber in colour with a malt-forward taste with the hops providing balance. A lingering malt sweetness leads to a long, satisfying finish. Brewed with both Surrey hops and malt, and water drawn from the chalk aquifers under the Hogs Back ridge.

One of the original Ossett core beers from 1998 and SIBA national champion. This regal beer continues to be a timeless classic. A simple combination of pale malt and American Cascade and Chinook hops result in a crisp, dry and refreshing pale ale with aromas of citrus fruit and balanced bitterness. This beer is also gluten free.

Marlu IPA – A delicious combination of tangy exotic fruit and deep flavoured antipodean hops. A smooth texture followed by bursting notes of refreshing peach, passion fruit, mango, and pineapple. A hoppy one.

The Sabro hops had some help with the addition of Citra at the dry hop stage, and Amarillo and Citra in the boil too. With aromas and flavours of pineapple, grapefruit, a bit of pine and stone fruit this is just in time for the last of the summer sun!

Extra pale malts give a beautifully light effervescent mouthfeel and accentuate the wonderful combination of New Zealand hops; Rakau, Motueka and Nelson Sauvin produce notes of passionfruit and gooseberries.
