We’re excited to share that our pub’s garden has a new addition – a bench dedicated to Jim Howley, the first Chairman of the Garibaldi CIC. This bench is a way for us to remember and honour Jim’s contributions to our pub and community.
Generous Donation
The bench was kindly donated by Daryl Setterfield, and features a plaque organised by Mark Claydon accompanies the bench. It reads:
“In Memory of Jim Howley, First Chairman of the Garibaldi CIC.

We invite everyone to come by, take a seat, and remember Jim Howley and his legacy. This bench is not just a place to sit, but a tribute to someone who helped shape the heart of our community.
